Raffle proceeds are returned to the clubs through District Foundation Credits (DFC). The Foundation provides each club 20% cash back of their total ticket sales in the form of District Foundation Credits for youth activities each club may undertake during the Rotary year. The DFC are based on the raffle from the previous year 2017.  DFC from the 2017 raffle can be collected during the 2018-2019 Rotary year.

If your club sends young people to RYLA camp, The District automatically applies your club’s DFC and bills you for the difference. Otherwise, this money will be available as a reimbursement for youth activities paid for by your club during FY 2018-2019.  For the DFC reimbursement form click here. Please submit your reimbursement for qualified youth activities by June 1.  Unclaimed DFC left at the foundation after that date will be rolled over to the unrestricted account and become part of the moneys available.
