An important factor in bringing a group of 10-14 students from all over the world, into District 6360, is that they bond as a group, forming lifelong friendships based on similar experiences. Inbound Orientation Camp, August 28-30, 2015 NO EXCEPTIONS
The camp is located at Camp Algonquin, 2055 Iroquois Trail, Hastings, MI. Host family representative and the Club YEO must attend also on Sunday from noon to close.
Chicago Sailing and Walking Tour, September 11-13, 2015
Students will spend Friday and Saturday night in the St. Joseph area. Saturday will be spent in Chicago.
Halloween Service Project, October 24-25, 2015
All day Saturday through Sunday late afternoon at Leoni Township. Costumes are required for each student. Project will be at 913 5th Street, Michigan Center, MI.
Outbound Interviews, November 13-15 (all day)
Saturday at Mason City Hall, 201 W. Ash St., Mason, MI 48854. Overnight stay at Ingrid’s, 741 Wolverine Road, Mason, MI 48854

Central States Youth Exchange Calvin Conference in Grand Rapids, July 7-10, 2015
All students should attend this conference, unless they have to go home earlier.
These monthly programs are vital to our Youth Exchange Program – community service projects, cultural events and bonding between students occur at these events. And, yes, they also have much fun!
TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE MADE SEPARATELY FOR EACH EVENT. YEO’S and HOST FAMILIES NEED TO HELP WITH TRANSPORTATION. CARPOOLING IS ENCOURAGED.
