The Rotary Foundation has a Club Memorandum of Understanding that each club must agree to before applying for a grant.

The Rotary Foundation requires that your club have a Financial Management Plan to qualify for receiving TRF grants (plus it’s always good practice for a club to have a financial plan). The sample plan provided here includes all the points required by TRF. Feel free to model your club’s plan on this sample.
