RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) | July 11-13, 2025

The Rotary District 6360 RYLA program runs from Friday 3:00pm (registration) to Sunday 4:00pm.

  • Activities will be lead by staff with extensive training in experiential leadership. District Rotarians will provide supervision and speak on the importance of community service.
  • Camp is limited to 60 students this year. Applicants will be accepted on the basis of receipt of their completed applications from their community Rotary Club. Contact your local Rotary club for sponsorship.
  • Safety is the number one priority of the RYLA weekend conference.
  • All high ropes participants wear appropriate safety gear – helmet,
    harnesses and sling lines. All ropes activities are led by certified Adventure facilitators.

A Challenge Activities release is required for you / your student’s optional participation in all challenge activities offered by the Battle Creek Public Schools Outdoor Education Center (BCPS OEC)

  • – UGLY PRODUCE – Solutions for addressing FOOD INSECURITY!
  • – The importance of Education in the Dominican Republic!
  • – STUDENT Academic Stressors (mental health challenges) and possible solutions!
